Name: Faiwrne
Preferred: Wrne (sounds like Rin)
Gender: Male
Age: Just turned 2
Postition: Aaels; he doesn’t have an official position, but unofficially he’s the one that always runs patrols when there’s someone needed to run patrols. He’s barely out of his pup-years, but his power is essentially the complement to Krie’s; thus making him naturally suitable for such tasks.
Description: Faiwrne’s fur is a simple grey that truthfully holds a slight icy tint to the foreign color. It is obvious from his appearance that he is a “northerner”; born and raised in the icy mountains. Simply because of that, his fur is quite long, and gets too hot easily. His build is rather skinny, more suited to massive bounds, yet the way of his structure is with intense delicateness and precision. In the mountains, a false step can lead to a plummeting fall to oblivion. Thus, Faiwrne has a nature of having such sure steps, and he has never lost his footing in his life, be it in the mountains or not. Wrne’s muscles are toned quite naturally. They carry an incredible amount of endurance for a wolf so skinny; after all, stopping in the gales on the slopes is deadly. Either way, he is familiar with the challenges of the nature; and his body shows it. Asides from notes of survival, Fairwrne’s eyes are a soft, mourning silvery blue; noticeably retaining the early eye colors of a pup. He is certainly old enough for his eyes to have turned gold a while ago, yet somehow it has never changed—perhaps his lost childhood prevents it from so. His tail is bushy and long, and clearly easily suited for something as a counter-balance. Everything about Wrne screams “I won’t die!” doesn’t it?
Markings: His paws, and the end of his tail is a muddy black.
Accessories: none
History: Fairwrne was born into a small family of only a pair of wolves. They were happy, even if the first year was difficult in prey. His parents were especially clever, and luck graced them especially. They found enough food to support the three of them adequately, while others starved. However, their luck left when Wrne was 6 months old when mountain lion found their den. His parents fought viciously, and the two of them were lucky enough to actually to manage to kill the mountain lion. However, they were both wounded far beyond recovery, and they died in front of Fairwrne’s eyes across painful days. After a few more days of wailing and mourning of a pup, a cold, wet, and malnourished pup finally snatched a turkey out of pure hunger. Wrne had just barely begun to learn how to hunt, and yet enough he was also blessed to have a gift of knowing always where prey was. So Wrne survived, enough even if he spent days holed up in the den only coming out to snatch a bite when a mouse chanced by the mouth of the hole. And eventually he was driven out by some other pair of wolves who wanted such a den for themselves. And Wrne had run away, and was forced to wandering. Eventually, he chanced upon TWR, and by then he had changed slightly away from his depression. He was young, and he had an unbelievable will to survive. He, in other words, would have been an ideal member for the future of the pack. So the Aaels took him in. It wasn’t until slightly afterwards when the Aaels truly realized how useful he was, and by then, Wrne had grown happier than he’d ever been. Although he’s the youngest of the pack (before the pups at least), there’s Obi and Krie who are both about half a year older than him.
Personality: Wrne, by a appearance is a very happy wolf. He laughs when nobody else can laugh. And sometimes, it seems as if he laughs uncontrollably. It isn’t in a demeaning manner, but it’s the happy kind of laugh that people like to hear. Essentially, he likes to act silly, and sometimes even annoying; though truthfully, he only does so because he hopes to lighten everyone’s moods. However, the very unfortunate thing about his character is the sadness of himself that very much still leaves a mark. Of everyone, even when Wrne is sad beyond his belief, he tries so hard to appear happy—so no one else will be affected by his pain. Watching his parents die before him; knowing what he could have done. It gives Wrne very frequent mood swings when he is reminded. But he tries, of course. (note: I’m curious how this would work out with Krie though… since she can sense emotions)
Element: Sense
Powers: Just like every wolf has 5 senses, Wrne’s power just simply gives him a sixth. It’s a reasonably simple, yet effective power, though unfortunately Wrne cannot turn it off like someone can close their eyes. It’s somewhat described to the sense of a “third eye”, but he doesn’t “see” with it. Instead, he can feel the position of everything in relation to him. Thus, he can “feel” every single fur on the body a wolf before him, even with his eyes closed. It’s impossible to get to Wrne’s blind spot because he simple doesn’t have one. Without effort, the 6th sense covers around a 25 meter spherical radius (yes, that includes up) around him in a detailed manner (aka, down to every strand of hair). It also has a fainter radius that can sense movement that goes nearly 2 miles in radius. Any living thing that walks into that second bubble, Wrne can sense his/her presence. However, that’s merely without focusing. If Wrne stops and concentrates, the detailed sense can expand up to 2 miles, however, the field of view is no longer spherical and becomes directional. The fainter sense can expand up 2½ miles in radius if tries, but it’s very hard for him to expand the fainter sense.
Wings: He has soft, feathery bluish wings that generally folded away. They are the about same color as his fur, and it is sometimes had to tell apart where his wings end and his fur begins.
Other: Dunno. Muffinz is trying to figure out how Wrne could have let Aayelin slip around… Wrne should have been able to sense her… except why did Wrne let Aayelin around? …Sigh… Such confuzzleness. PM or something for discussion.
